How Massage Can Help...
Prolonged or intense periods of stress can often lead to uncomfortable physical symptoms such as back, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, tiredness, anxiety and depression. Regular massage can help to release the build up of muscular tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

"As a published author and a film journalist I spend a great deal of my time hunched over computer keyboards struggling to meet deadlines. Consequently I have had problems with back and neck and arm pain over the years. Ruth Jeffs is easily the best massage therapist I have ever come across.
Getting a massage from Ruth is not just calming and relaxing and rejuvenating, she has helped to alieviate those long-term aches and pains and instinctively knows which areas to concentrate on to untie the knots my body insists on getting itself into over a tiring work week. Receiving a regular massage from Ruth has become an important part of keeping my body (and myself) happy while handling the demands of a busy life."
